When is National Day in Saint Lucia in 2026?
National Day in Saint Lucia falls on Sunday, December 13, 2026. Because the date lands on a Sunday, the observed public holiday is Monday, December 14. Both days are closed for flower deliveries, so the working days before them are the only real delivery window.
What is the last date to order flowers for National Day?
The last safe order day is Friday, December 11, 2026, and Thursday, December 10 is better. Saturday, December 12 still works, but only for orders placed before 11:00 am Saint Lucia time. Use this schedule:
| Date (2026) | What happens | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Thursday, December 10 | Recommended order day | Order any time for delivery on Thursday or Friday |
| Friday, December 11 | Last weekday before the weekend | Before 11:00 am for same-day delivery; after 11:00 am means Saturday |
| Saturday, December 12 | Last delivery day | Only orders placed before 11:00 am |
| Sunday, December 13 | National Day | No deliveries |
| Monday, December 14 | Observed public holiday | No deliveries |
Time zones matter here. Saint Lucia does not change its clocks, so 11:00 am there is one hour ahead of US Eastern time in December and four hours behind London. Check the time in Saint Lucia before you click order.
How does the holiday affect delivery to Saint Lucia?
No deliveries happen on Sunday, December 13 or Monday, December 14. Later orders are delivered the next day, so an order placed after 11:00 am on Saturday would fall on a Sunday and wait until after the holiday. Delivery covers all of Saint Lucia, including Castries and Gros Islet.
You can write a preferred time in the delivery instructions. The florist tries to meet it, but exact time slots are not guaranteed, so plan for a delivery window rather than a set hour.
